What size of groups can be accommodated?
Our groups range in all shapes and sizes. From a small group of 8 cabins all the way to full-ship charters, we can accommodate every group need.
Are there meeting facilities on your ships?
All our ships are fully equipped with state-of-the-art meeting facilities and conference centers. Most of our public venues can be transformed into the perfect meeting space you need. In addition, our A/V equipment are 100% complimentary to you.
What kind of charges should I expect to set up our group meetings?
In addition to A/V equipment, all public venues are free of charge. You can convert any lounge to meeting space, office, or simply a venue for team building activities which are all complimentary. Additional fees apply should catering or Food & Beverage services are required.
Are there food & beverage packages available for catering our events?
We have endless food & beverage options for all your programming needs. Coffee and tea, water bottle, snack set ups are all available. Cocktail parties can be arranged at your desired time which can include our entertainment or yours! Food & beverage requirements are available at applicable fees.
What procedures do I need to follow to set up private functions, meeting space and all other needs on my group’s agenda?
Our dedicated team will work with you before you step foot onboard. We will confirm private function space based on ship availability so you can communicate your groups schedule ahead of time. The earlier we work to confirm these times and venues, the better selection we will have.
Will my attendees be able to have same time group dining?
Your group is guaranteed to dine together every evening. Prior to boarding, we will work with you on dining assignments. You will have the option of choosing main or late dining for your group which will be printed on your MSC Cruise Card. We will also ensure that your group is seated together.
What are some customization options that can be prepared for my group program?
There are customization options for every event. We can add your logo to our lavish welcome signs, turn down gifts, personalized letters to the staterooms. We also will work together with you if there are ways you would like to see your company or event logo implemented onboard in additional to reviewing your branding plans that you would provide.

What if my group wants to set up a private shore excursion?
We have a fully dedicated team for shore excursions available to your group. We handle all the back end and coordinate with the tour operators to present you with affordable options to offer your group.
Who do I talk to if I need assistance with my group onboard?
While our dedicated team is with you every step of the way before your group boards the ship, our onboard crew is ready to meet with you and go over your events in detail. All of our ships have an Event Manager to assist throughout the length of the sailing. Their service is complimentary to you.
Does MSC have suites for the traveler who prefers luxurious accommodations?
Yes! Not only do we offer a variety of stateroom accommodations and experiences, we also have our exclusive MSC Yacht Club; a place where you can savor exclusivity and privacy. Indulge in the luxury of a private club, exclusive 24-hour butler service and a dedicated concierge are just the beginning. What entertainment options does MSC offer?
A diverse variety of performances is programmed for each evening: international musicals, classic and modern songs, dance, mime acts, magicians and jugglers. The entertainment staff will do their utmost to make every cruise enjoyable. The evening performance is announced in the daily on board program, which is delivered to the cabin. On select ships, we even offer the real Cirque du Soleil at sea! Designed to host exclusive shows by the world-famous Cirque du Soleil every evening, the Carousel Lounge is also a dining venue and becomes a lively disco after the two shows each night. Cirque du Soleil is available on MSC Virtuosa, MSC Grandiosa, MSC Bellissima and MSC Meraviglia. Charges apply.
